Dicas para escolher o travesseiro ideal

Um travesseiro ruim pode ser responsável por dores de cabeça, dores na coluna cervical, adormecimento dos braços e mãos e também pela insônia.

A melhor posição para dormir é de lado. O travesseiro deve apoiar a curva lateral do pescoço enquanto sustenta a cabeça, pescoço e coluna, que deve ficar alinhada.
